Cancellation and Transfers : No refund of deposit or payment made for cancellation after registration.
- If the Registrant is unable to attend the 2-day Internet Success Training ("the Training"), a replacement or transfer to the next scheduled training is permissible upon prior notice in writing. However, if the written notice is received less than one month from the date of scheduled training, an administrative fee equivalent to 10% of the total fee will be charged. The Registrant is only allowed to transfer once, to the next scheduled training.
- Bonuses (if any) are only applicable for one time transfer to the next available training.
- If the Registrant withdraws anytime during the training period or fails to pay any installments when due, full payment of any balance of unpaid fee will become immediately due and payable.

Failure to report to the Training after Confirmation : Registrants who fail to attend the Training will have their bonuses (if any) forfeited and there would be no refund for the fee invested. |

Late Payment Charges : For any outstanding payment, there will be a levy of 2% per month for any outstanding amount. If the Registrant fails to pay the first installment in full before the date of any increase in the program fee, the Registrant is liable to pay the new prevailing rate. |

Warranties : The Registrant hereby declares and confirms that no warranties, promises, representations, collateral, agreements have been made to the Registrant and if, which is denied, that any such warranties, promises, representations were made, they have now lapsed and are superseded by the terms and conditions hereof. This agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between the Registrant and eOneNet.com Sdn Bhd ("the Organiser") and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by the Registrant and the Organiser. |

The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Registrant's participation in any training sessions/meetings whose conduct in the Organiser's view, is detrimental to the proceedings of the class/training without prior written notice. |

The Registrant acknowledges that the Organiser has expressly reserved the Copyrights to this Program and all related materials whether in writing, audio, video, or digital format. The Registrant undertakes not to teach, share, or otherwise disclose any of such materials or information to any third party without the written consent of the Organiser. |
